    Storm wrote my auto insurance for nearly 20 years. My driving record is not stellar. They were great. They proactively shipped better rates and better coverage. Until 2017. In November, the insurance company write to say they weren't writing policies in Michigan any more. I heard nothing from Storm. They didn't try. They didn't call. They lost my business by doing absolutely nothing.
